Betwayusa Terms & Conditions — Full Terms Governing Membership & Use of Services

By accessing or using the betwayusa platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions. This document forms the legal basis of the agreement between betwayusa and its members.

Betwayusa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.

• These terms and conditions apply to all betwayusa services, competitions, bonuses, and promotions.
• Special promotions may be subject to additional terms on top of the standard conditions.
• Betwayusa may restrict or suspend services to members from certain countries or regions.

To open an account with betwayusa, accurate and complete information must be provided at registration. betwayusa reserves the right to close the account and freeze any pending transactions if false information is provided.

• Age Requirement: Members must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. A national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• One Account Per Person: Only one account may be registered per mobile number, email address, or payment method.
• Family Members: If more than one account is to be opened from the same household or address, please contact betwayusa support beforehand.
• Password Protection: Keep your account password strong and do not share it with anyone.

All financial transactions on betwayusa must be completed through designated methods. Currently accepted payment options include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, direct bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Withdrawals must always be processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 5 minutes and 24 hours; however, larger withdrawals may require additional verification time.
• Betwayusa reserves the right to temporarily suspend any transactions deemed suspicious.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals of ৳50,000 or more. You will need to submit a clear photo of your National ID or passport along with a recent selfie.

Once a bet is confirmed on betwayusa, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless betwayusa determines that exceptional circumstances warrant it. betwayusa's decision on the settlement of all bets is final.

• Match Abandoned or Cancelled: If a match has not started, or less than 90% of the scheduled match time has been played, stakes are generally refunded.
• Incorrect Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, betwayusa reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
• Live Betting: If a bet placed during live betting becomes disproportionately profitable due to internet latency, betwayusa reserves the right to review that bet.
• Result Disputes: Any dispute regarding a result must be raised with support within 72 hours.

Participation in betwayusa bonuses and promotions is entirely optional. However, once a bonus is accepted, compliance with its terms and conditions is mandatory.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Cannot be claimed more than once through multiple accounts.
• Rollover Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, the total wagering requirement at the specified multiplier for that bonus must be met.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Any misuse of bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other scheme will result in immediate bonus cancellation and account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betwayusa platform. Violations may result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action.

• Operating Multiple Accounts Under the Same Individual
• Registration Using False or Incorrect Identity
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Activity
• Match Fixing or Any Fraudulent Betting Strategy
• Hacking, Use of Bots, or Automated Betting Systems on the betwayusa Platform
• Exploiting any platform bug or glitch for personal gain
• Coordinating with Other Members to Abuse Bonuses

• Information provided at registration is used solely for identity verification and communication purposes.
• Personal information is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.
• Members may contact betwayusa support to view or update their personal information.

Betwayusa strives to maintain the highest standards of service; however, liability is limited in the following areas:

• Delays or Errors in Live Betting Due to Internet Connectivity Issues
• Delays or Failures in Third-Party Payment Systems
• Unexpected Technical Disruptions or Server Downtime
• Issues caused by the member's own device or network

Betwayusa will not be liable for any losses arising from the above circumstances, but will make every effort to assist in resolving the issue.

Betwayusa reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity
• Incomplete KYC Verification
• By court order or government directive
• Account inactive for more than 12 months

Members may also, at any time, Responsible Gaming can temporarily suspend their own account from the section.
